First: some of you may already know me as AMa Text Services, a trading name I’ve been using for a few years but am now moving away from in favour of trading under my own name.

Maria Dalby MSc Pharm DipTransIoL MCIL (that’s me!) is a freelance medical writer and translator based in East Anglia, UK and Skåne, Sweden. With a professional background within R&D and medical communications in blue-chip pharma and a qualified pharmacist by training, I draw on real and thorough knowledge of the realities of clinical and pharmaceutical R&D, commercial affairs and medical marketing. I specialise in providing high-quality English and Swedish texts for all types of medical and scientific communications, with particular emphasis on medical conference reporting and translations between English and Swedish.
